I have a mobile home in a park, can I refinance with MSF?
Yes, Mountainside Financial is the in-park specialist. We can offer refinance programs for manufactured home owners who live on leased, family or owned property, as long as the land isn’t included with the loan.
My home and the land are included together in the same loan, can I refinance with Mountainside Financial?
No, MSF only offers mobile and manufactured home refinance programs on homes that do not have land included with the loan.
Can you help me with initial financing for the purchase of a mobile home?

Do you offer 100% financing?
No, all of our programs require a minimum of 5% of the purchase price of the home as down payment. In some cases, this may include closing costs.
How much money will I need to refinance my home loan?
Our goal is to offer you a refinance with all loan fees included in your new loan. If an appraisal is necessary you will be required to pay that fee up front. You may be able to include that fee into your loan at the time of closing.
How long does the process take?
The length of time the loan process takes can vary depending upon the specific requirements necessary. In all cases, the faster you can provide the items we require from you, the faster we can begin processing your loan.
Can I get a cash-out, debt consolidation, or equity loan for my manufactured home?
Yes, Mountainside Financial does offer cash-out, debt consolidation and equity loans. Only in-park manufactured homes are eligible. Not available in Texas.
